Any time my wife and I are early for the ferry, we stop in at Serious Coffee. Cool little coffee shop and I find their coffee to be much tastier than the chain coffee brands.

A wonderful place for blended & espresso coffee drinks that totally kicks Starbucks’ butt. Excellent hot lattes, cappuccino drinks, seasonal flavors for chai or coffee drinks & fruit smoothies. Our favorite sandwich is the egg salad on dark multigrain bread. The one and only thing I dislike are the recently acquired (politically correct - but awful) striped paper straws that sadly do not last through an entire cold drink
without becoming a soggy bent mess...
